Nice, though I wouldn't touch anything that came out of the D&R Canal. My bro-in-law does a lot of fishing (even occasionally in winter), mostly salt water. He catches a bunch in the summer, fillets and freezes it. I've watched him fillet a few times and I'm surprised at how little fresh fish actually smells.
